We ship from our shop at Smithfield Market in Belfast. Orders are picked and packed on working days — we don't ship at weekends or on bank holidays.

Checkout works out which options apply to your basket and shows you those. Our delivery charge covers the courier, packaging and packing. Spray cans have to travel as limited-quantity dangerous goods by road courier, which is why an order with cans in it costs more to send than an ordinary parcel.

Spray cans

Spray paint and other pressurised cans ship by tracked DPD road courier to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), or can be collected in store. Aerosols can't travel by air, so we can't currently send them to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish islands or overseas.

Everything else we sell — caps, markers, inks, refills, books and clothing — goes by Royal Mail Tracked 48 anywhere in the UK, or DPD to the Republic of Ireland.

Tracking

Every parcel goes tracked, with DPD or Royal Mail. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Collecting in store

Unit 34 Smithfield Market, Belfast BT1 1JE. We'll email you when your order is ready — please wait for that email before coming in.
