We pick and pack on working days from the shop in Belfast — no dispatch at weekends or bank holidays. From dispatch: Northern Ireland 1–2 working days by DPD or 2–3 by Royal Mail Tracked 48; England, Scotland and Wales 2–3 working days by Royal Mail or 2–4 by DPD; Republic of Ireland 2–4 working days by DPD. Every parcel is tracked and you'll get the tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

Northern Ireland: £4.95 Royal Mail Tracked 48 for orders without spray cans up to 2 kg, or £10 DPD for any order. England, Scotland and Wales: £4.95 Royal Mail for orders without cans up to 2 kg, £15.95 DPD for orders with cans or over 2 kg. Republic of Ireland: £13.95 DPD, shown in euro at checkout. Collecting from the shop is free.

Checkout only shows the options that fit your basket. Cans cost more to send because they have to travel as limited-quantity dangerous goods by road courier — the charge covers the courier, the box and the packing. Full details on our delivery page.

Not yet. We deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and mainland Great Britain. Spray cans can't go by air, so we can't send aerosols to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish islands or overseas. If you're elsewhere and only want markers, caps, inks or clothing, email info@outlinesartsupplies.com and we'll tell you whether we can help.

Yes — pick Collect in store at checkout, it's free. We're at Unit 34 Smithfield Market, Belfast BT1 1JE. We'll email you when your order is ready; please wait for that email before coming in.

Email info@outlinesartsupplies.com with your order number as soon as you can. If it hasn't been dispatched we'll cancel and refund it in full. If it's already on its way you can still cancel within 14 days of receiving it: return the items unused and in their original packaging (cans unsprayed, cap or seal intact) and we'll refund once they're back with us. Return postage is at your cost unless we made the mistake.

Sorry about that. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what arrived, and we'll send the right item or refund you, and cover the return carriage. Keep the packaging until it's sorted.

Yes. Contact us with your order number and a short description — a photo or a short video helps. Faulty, damaged-in-transit or wrong items get a replacement or a full refund including return carriage, and spray-paint manufacturing faults such as blocked or failed valves are covered. The quickest route for a straight swap is a refund and a fresh order.

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. Email info@outlinesartsupplies.com with your order number first — items sent back without asking may not be accepted. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging; aerosols only if unsprayed with the cap or seal intact.

Post them to Outlines Art Supplies Ltd, Unit 34 Smithfield Market, Belfast BT1 1JE, or bring them into the shop. Aerosols are restricted in the post, so if you're returning cans from outside Northern Ireland contact us first and we'll advise on carriage. Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 working days of approval. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned unless faulty. Full details in our refund policy.

Cans: store upright, out of direct sun and frost, shake well before use, and after painting turn the can upside down and give a short spray to clear the valve. If a cap clogs, swap it — spare caps are cheap. Markers: cap tightly after use and store flat; pump and refillable markers can be topped up from our inks and paint refills. Solid markers and refills: keep the lids on and away from heat. If anything's faulty on first use, get in touch.

Yes. It's a criminal offence in the UK to sell aerosol spray paint to anyone under 16, so all our aerosol sales are 16+, online and in the shop. We may ask for proof of age before dispatching an order with cans in it.
